My journey in the realms of leadership and operational roles started in my early twenties. I have climbed the ladder from junior military roles to senior positions, gaining and accumulating another layer to my expertise in logistic management, project and general management, and skills of leadership with each challenge I conquered. My years of experience in an organization as demanding as the military environment shaped my resilience, my sense of determination, and my skills as a senior officer, in which combined qualities of leadership, risk and stress management, goal achievement, and strategical planning and executing were embedded in its definition.
As an accomplished Logistics Executive and Business & Management Consultant, I’ve charted a career path marked by strategic leadership and innovative thinking. My extensive experience in executive management and HR, enriched by my Druze heritage, brings a unique blend of cultural wisdom and professional acumen to my professional philosophy and later, to writing.
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Bar-Ilan University. This solid foundation set the stage for my ascension in the logistics sector, where I’ve been recognized for driving efficiency, profitability, and organizational excellence.
When the time was right for me, I decided to head to the private sector, armed with years of experience and self-empowerment that I was sure would support my new journey. My first entrepreneurial experiences were hard. Despite my skills and previous experiences, I found myself challenged with the hurdles of entrepreneurship, paving my way and learning new things each day. My journey was and still is, a journey of satisfaction, learning, and growing.
For years now, I mastered self-growth techniques, a winning mindset, and an uncompromising resilience in achieving my goals. Since the beginning, I kept on exploring new domains in business and entrepreneurship. My exploration into new business and entrepreneurial domains led to founding and co-founding several successful ventures. I made mistakes, and I had my share of failures. Those I am grateful for, for they taught me the most valuable lessons that made me who I am today. My challenges and failures, once examined with an objective eye rather than a subjective one and without emotions involved, gave me new insights, new understandings, and far more value than my successes did.
Entrepreneurship and investment are avenues where I’ve demonstrated my expertise. My ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities has seen numerous startups and projects flourish under my guidance. This entrepreneurial spirit is a testament to my hands-on approach and deep understanding of the art of management, leadership, and self-development. As I acknowledge the hardships young entrepreneurs encounter and the challenges they face, I decided to share my insights and experience with those who need my consultancy.
Today, apart from my own endeavors, I, as a business consultant, impart strategic insights into organizational management and self-growth, sharing my knowledge through lectures and workshops. These engagements underscore my commitment to fostering both personal and organizational development.

Now, with my latest work, “Primal Alchemy: Unlocking the Ancient Secrets for Inner Transformation and Empowerment,” I delve deeper. This book is not just a literary piece but a fusion of my Druze heritage and professional insights. It explores the philosophical underpinnings of success and empowerment, drawing parallels between the mystical traditions of the Druze faith and contemporary success strategies.

This work, as well as my published articles, aim to bring a holistic approach, fusing the well-designed business management world with the world of spiritual and self-awareness that, in my opinion, is so important and needed for our professional successes and our positions as leaders.
